How does counselling work?
Normally sessions are hourly and once a week. Over time through personally tailored sessions, you can find ways of making positive changes.
I use an integrative approach to find the most appropriate therapeutic model for each individual. This sometimes involves analysing behavioural patterns and setting tasks. Sometimes it is a more in depth analysis of previous experiences and discovering emotions and thoughts to find ways of forming healthier patterns and leading a more balanced life.
